E-mail 2
Hey Doc,
As promised, here is the second email.
If you have NOT read the last email I sent you here, go back, get into your search mode and find it.
It’s that important.
Otherwise you’re not going to understand most of what I’m about to share with you.
Once you’ve read it, read this.
The problem isn’t that you’re not working hard enough. Got it?
The real problem is that you as an owner and doctor are trying to manage everything.
You are trying to manage every patient complaint, every insurance issue, every staff problem, every deposit, every marketing technique, and even every scheduling conflict that crosses your desk.
Here’s the facts.
Your brain has become the central processing unit for a business that should be running without you.
That’s where a simple, easy to handle ridiculous fanny pack comes in.
Inside this thing, I carry exactly two items: a tiny 4x6 weekly planner and maybe five index cards.
That’s all?
Yes, that’s it.
No smartphone apps, no digital task managers, no fancy systems.
Just paper and pen in the fanny pack.
And here’s the magic part...
Okay, I know you’re asking yourself, “Where is he going with this parade?”
Understand what this little fanny pack does for me and your life and practice will never be the same.
I’ll tell you more about this simple concept in my next email.
Dr. Erich
