I was reading a good book the other day about business, and expansion, and one thing really stuck with me.

The Chain Business Analogy

The chain (your business) is only as strong as its weakest link.
You know the old analogy.
Your business is just like a chain.
If you make a link that’s already strong, stronger - - it will make virtually NO difference if there’s a weak link some where else.
Your business won’t grow any faster, produce more money, or work better than it already does... with a weak link.
Understand?
So ask yourself right now, "Do I have any weak links that are holding me back from making more money?"
I'll bet you do.
EXAMPLES:
-Maybe your weakest link is one of your staff.
-Maybe you're not telling enough, so people are not referring more people to you.
-Possibly there are not enough new patients calling on a DAILY BASIS which means something is amiss... some where.
